Our Philosophy - Driving Innovation
 

Fast Venturing was originally conceived as a powerful strategy to jumpstart the development of new web-based business models and propel them toward success in the late 1990s.

The idea behind this approach was based on the principle that the involvement of so-called value networks, which would often consist of venture capital firms, strategic advisors, IT consultants, and other professional services firms, could drastically reduce a portfolio company’s time-to-market and minimize the risk of failure.

In fast venturing, as it was known then, each partner of the value network contributed different skills and specialized resources to push a portfolio company from concept to liquidity event.

When we founded Fast Ventures in October of 2000, we saw the unique opportunity to make this methodology our own and add depth and breadth of functional expertise to our work with clients.

Our value network consists of our business planning practice that assists clients in shaping and refining their ideas, our marketing & sales group that helps clients drive profitable growth through superior marketing campaigns, and our corporate finance team, which hatches compelling capital market strategies or supplies required investments directly through our own venture capital fund.

This combination of integrated experience and knowledge development is like bringing Silicon Valley to our work with clients in order to help them propel their businesses faster and further.
